Can you deliver blinds outside of the UK?

Currently we are unfortunately only able to deliver blinds within the UK.

I'm not sure what type of blind to choose, can you help?

The type of blind you choose will depend on your needs, you should think about what room or rooms you would like to put a blind in, how much light you want to let into this room and how much control you want over the light, the size of your window and any special requirements; such as blackout or washable fabrics. Do you sell blackout blinds?

We sell a huge range of blackout blinds. You are sure to find something suitable for both your room & budget.

What is your refund and returns policy?

Unfortunately as our blinds are made-to-measure we cannot offer a return or refund as our blinds are custom made to your exact requirements and consequently cannot be resold by us. Therefore it is important to make sure that you enter your exact requirements into the website and that you check your order confirmation email.

All of our blinds come with a 12 month guarantee, if your blind arrives damaged or becomes faulty at any time within the first 12 months than please contact our friendly customer service team on 01472 351855 or emailenquiries@blinds4sale.co.uk who will be happy to help. My blind looks a different colour to the sample on screen, why?

We endeavour to make sure the colour of the blind shown on our website is the exact colour of the blind you will receive, however in some instances there may be slight colour variation, due to colour variation on different computer screens. We always recommend that you order a FREE sample. We cannot accept any responsibility for any colour variation if you order blinds without a sample.

What is the difference between blind size and recess size?

A blind size will be made to precisely the measurements you enter into the site. So if you want the blind to go on the outside of your window this is the type of measurement you should give us.

A recess measurement is needed for a blind that you would like to fit within the recess of your window. We make reductions to the blind to ensure that it will fit perfectly within your window. See how to measure for more information.

Do fitting instructions come with your blinds?

Yes we include fitting instructions with all of our blinds - you can also download these from our how to fit page
