We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £149.00. All our blinds are shipped using reputable couriers such as UPS and TNT, if your order is within mainland UK it is shipped on a next day delivery unless you have chosen a different shipping option at checkout. We only offer UK delivery, meaning we cannot deliver overseas or internationally.

As with all companies we cannot be responsible if your delivery is delayed due to bad weather or courier fault. All packages must be signed for and we cannot guarantee a delivery time on the day of delivery. You will be able to change your delivery via the courier directly.

All information gained through this website is 100% secure and your details will not be passed to any third party for any reason.

As all of our blinds are made to measure we cannot accept returns unless it is a manufacturing fault where upon a replacement blind will be offered. We will endeavour to help customers mistakes at cost price.

We have designed our site to offer an easy to use blind ordering system, offering the customer as many options as possible with ease. Please feel free to call us if you are unsure about the ordering process or simply use our online ticket system via our Help Desk.

All payments are via PayPal and Lloyds Bank through a secure SSL connection, non of your payment details are kept via our website. We have an online discount system which will automatically reduce the price at checkout dependant on value of order.All promotions over and above this will also be deducted with the current promotion code, these will be clearly advertised when a promotion is running on any of our made to measure blinds.

You can view your order if you have signed in as a customer, if you checkout as a guest then this facility will not be available. As a signed in customer you will be able to view a full history and see the progress and any amendments to your order.

As a signed in customer you will be able to update your account information such as shipping address, email and other details.
