 | | | Can I change my order once I've submitted it? We'll be happy to make any changes to your order, provided we've not started making your blinds. Unfortunately we can't change your order once manufacturing has begun. | What if my blind doesn't fit? If you've ordered more than one blind in the same fabric or slat colour, double check that you're fitting the right blind at the right window. Even though two blinds may seem the same size, each one will be made to your exact requirements and so may differ slightly. If your blind does not fit, call us on 01472 351855 or email us at mail@blinds4sale.co.uk to discuss what we can do to help. | What's the difference between blind size/cloth size and recess size When you place an order for a made-to-measure blinds from blinds4sale, you'll be asked if your measurements are blind/cloth size or recess size. A blind/cloth size blind will be made to precisely the measurements you entered onto the site. A recess measurement is needed for a blind that you would like to fit within the recess of your window. Measure the recess from wall to wall and let us have these measurements. We'll make all the necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. |

| What do I do if my blind becomes faulty? Contact us at mail@blinds4sale.co.uk or call us on 01472 351855 and explain your problem. We might be able to solve it over the phone. | Do you sell blackout blinds? We have a very good selection of blackout blinds in a variety of colours and can be found in our Rollers, Vertical & Pleated ranges, these are perfect for cutting out light coming into the room. | I live outside the UK. Can you deliver blinds to me? At the moment blinds4sale only delivers to addresses in the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. |

| What type of blinds would be best for my bathroom? Bathrooms tend to be steamy, so it's best to choose a blind that can cope with these conditions. Aluminium Venetians are ideal as natural Wood Venetians may warp. If you are after a natural look, try our Wood Effect Aluminium Venetians, these combine the look of wood and offer the practicality of aluminium blinds. Blackout Roller blinds are good in this environment and the most popular choice amongst our customers. We recommend you order free samples before you decide. | The louvres of my Vertical blind are not in line with each other. What should I do? This is easily rectified, pull the control chain until the slats are in the closed position, then gently force the chain and the carriages will realign. Don't worry if you hear a noise from the headrail as this is perfectly normal. The components we use within our vertical blind headrails are self-aligning and therefore can complete this operation. |
