You agree to these terms and conditions when you purchase blinds from our website.

Please take time to read the following paragraphs carefully.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions

The goods we sell on our website are custom made to your sizes. Please understand it is your own responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. We cannot, in any way, accept returns or make refunds if the blind does not fit due to wrong measurements given. If you decide to buy from our website and the sample has been presented to you online you agree that there might be a colour difference between the online sample and real sample.

It is also possible that there may be a batch difference between the sample sent to you and the actual fabric used to manufacture your blinds. The picture on the product page, instructions and video representations are for illustration purposes only. Names and categories of different type of fabrics relate to the fabric only and not the blind.

We manufacture all of our blinds to your specific measurements, you agree that you are purchasing a custom made product and therefore cannot be cancelled after order. If you require to change any part of your order you must do this within 1 working day from the order date, after which time alterations to the manufacture will not be possible and you will be charged the full amount for your order which will be made to your original specifications and delivered to you.

We aim to manufacture and dispatch your blinds within 10 – 15 working days, you agree that this is an estimated manufacturing time and is subject to stock levels, availability of fabrics, components and complexity of order. We cannot be held responsible for out of stock fabrics and components from our suppliers, which may delay your order. We use reputable couriers to deliver your blinds on a next working day service, this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

We do not dispatch goods on a Friday. If you are not home at the time of delivery a card may be left. We will email full tracking details of your delivery at the time of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the goods have left our factory.

If you believe that the goods may be faulty, incorrect, or damaged on delivery please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and to verify that the goods are defective and those defects are attributable to the goods supplied as claimed by you. If it does not appear to us that the goods returned to us are faulty, incorrect, or were damaged on delivery to you, we shall return the goods to you and you shall be charged for the reasonable cost for collection and redelivery. If you do not accept redelivery of goods returned to you hereunder we reserve the right to charge you for any consequential storage cost incurred by us. If it appears to us that goods returned to us are indeed defective we shall repair the goods and return the repaired goods to you free of charge; or deliver replacement goods of similar quality and specification free of charge; or if we cannot replace or repair the blind we may offer a full refund on the damaged goods.

All options are only available on receipt and inspection of your returned goods. If you dispute our assessment of whether the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on deliver, the dispute shall be referred to an independent company in the blind industry whose word will be final. For the purpose of this policy, goods are not deemed to be "incorrect" by reason of error in any measurements provided by you. All returns must be in there original packaging.

Please note when returning goods postage & packing will not be refunded.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
